I started my real estate journey in 2021, inspired by the experience of buying my first home a few years earlier. That experience revealed the joy and satisfaction the process could bring, sparking the realization that a career in real estate could be incredibly fulfilling. This got me thinking - It would be incredible to have a job that merged my passion for design and architecture with the opportunity to build genuine connections with others.

My path led me from the world of trades through to interior decorating courses at MRU and online, a journey that eventually brought me to real estate. While my heart beats for design and decorating, my mind thrives on technical challenges and problem solving—qualities that are crucial for a realtor.

  • Using a real estate agent can help navigate the home buying & selling processes and complexities, including finding the right property, negotiating prices and handling paperwork. Real estate agents offer expertise in local market values, offer code expertise for renovations or business use and can guide clients through the closing process. Choosing the right agent to help guide you can be an absolute game changer.

  • I work all around the city of Calgary, and surrounding areas. This includes but is not limited to Airdrie, Cochrane, Water Valley, Cremona, Chestermere, Indus, Delacour, Beisker, Strathmore, Langdon, Okotoks, Crossfield, Carstairs, Olds and everything in between!

  • Using a realtor doesn’t cost the buyer anything, the seller covers the realtor fees. These fees are not fixed and are usually discussed during the listing presentation!

  • Absolutely! I have helped clients from all over make the move to Calgary. We can do virtual showings, FaceTime or video properties and even do neighbourhood tour to show you where you would be living!

  • This depends on many factors, some of which include the current market, home condition, location, proper pricing and marketing . There are strategies that can be used depending on each individuals priorities or goals.

  • While it is not mandatory, an inspection allows you to proceed with full knowledge of the facts.

    The main benefit of doing a pre-purchase inspection is that it allows you to gain more knowledge about the home and helps you avoid any nasty surprises in the future.

  • In Alberta, the minimum down payment required for a home purchase is 5% of the first $500,000 of the purchase price, 10% for the portion above $500,000-$999,999, and 20% for 1 million or above.

  • Closing costs are the costs incurred duing the home buying/selling process. These include fees like land transfer tax, title insurance, RPR, lawyer fees and other expenses related to purchasing a home. These expenses, usually due on or before the day you close, can vary depending on where you live and the type of home you're buying.
